Argentinean Blueberry Barbequed Steak
Steak Ingredients:
2lbs Steak (your choice)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Chimichurri Sauce Ingredients:
1 Jar Blueberry Barbeque Sauce
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 Tablespoons chopped green onion (optional)
Pinch smoked paprika
Preheat your grill to high or preheat a ridge grill pan until very hot. Rub the steaks with the olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. Grill the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium rare to medium, or longer for medium-well or well done.
To make Blueberry Barbeque Chimichurri Sauce, place the Blueberry Barbeque Sauce, lemon zest, parsley, cilantro, green onion, and paprika in a bowl and stir until mixed well.
You may serve the steaks whole or slice at an angle against the grain. Top with Blueberry Chimichurri Sauce and enjoy!
Blueberry Barbeque Meatballs
1 pound frozen meatballs
1 16oz. Jar Blueberry Barbeque Sauce
Combine meatballs and Blueberry Barbeque Sauce in crock pot and heat thoroughly on medium heat.
Blueberry Barbeque Chicken
1 cup Blueberry Barbeque Sauce
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
Salt and Pepper
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. Drizzle sauce over your choice of grilled or baked chicken or pork. (Meat may be seasoned with your favorite grilling rub or seasoning when cooked).

BBQ Pork Sushi Roll
4oz. Pork Tenderloin Sliced Thinly (See Recipe Below)
Rub Ingredients (save 2 Tablespoons Rub for BBQ Sauce)
2 Tablespoons Coriander Seeds
1 Tablespoon Cumin
½ Teaspoon Black Peppercorns (Grind in coffee grinder or with mortar and pestle until finely coarse)
1 Tablespoon Ground Mustard
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
Barbeque Sauce Ingredients:
½ Cup Blueberry BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/8 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce
1 Cucumber; peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons Reserved Rub
Wasabi
Soy Sauce
Pickled Ginger
2 Nori Wraps (Seaweed Roll)
½ Cup Cooked Sushi Rice
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
Cook sushi rice according to package directions. Add vinegar and mix well. Set aside.
Rub Directions: combine coriander seeds, cumin, and black peppercorns and grind with a mortar and pestle or with a coffee grinder. After grinding add ground mustard and kosher salt. Mix together. Hold 2 Tablespoons of Rub aside for BBQ Sauce Ingredients and use the rest to rub all over the tenderloin. Refrigerate ½ to 2 hours. Roast tenderloin in 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Slice in to ½” strips.
BBQ Sauce Directions: Combine all ingredients for barbecue sauce in a sauce pan. Simmer for 5-10 minutes and let cool.
Place a piece of plastic wrap on the bamboo mat. Lay the nori wrap on the plastic wrap. Put a layer of the rice on the nori wrap. One one end of the wrap place the port, then the cucumber. Roll the mat upo tightly against the pork, etc. Keep smoothing out the roll and firming it up. When roll is completely rolled up take off the mat and plastic wrap. Dip your knife blade in water and slice roll into 1-1/2 inch slices. Drizzle barbecue sauce over rolls. Serve with pickled ginger and wasabi.
Blueberry BBQ Sloppy Joes
1 pounds ground beef, cooked
1/8 c brown sugar
1/8 cup ketchup
1T yellow mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
½ cup Blueberry BBQ sauce
1-2 T water
Mix all ingredients together. Simmer until heated through. Serve on slider or regular buns with a sweet pickle.
Chinese 5 Spice Powder Ribs with Blueberry Barbeque Sauce
1 Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs
1/8 to 1/4 Cup Chinese 5 Spice Powder
Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon 5 Spice Powder
1 Tablespoon Molasses
1/2 Cup Blueberry Barbeque Sauce
1/4 Cup Blueberry Concentrate
1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
Place Ribs on a baking sheet. Rub down thoroughly with the Chinese 5 Spice Powder. Bake (or grill) at 300 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Ribs should be tender and falling off the bone.
While baking the ribs, combine all ingredients for sauce in a sauce pan. Boil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. During the last 30 minutes of baking, baste the ribs the with sauce until the sauce has caramelized and the ribs are done. Serve any remaining sauce on the side. Sauce is easily doubled if you prefer extra sauce ribs.
