We love pancakes, especially blueberry pancakes. However, we don't always want to have fresh or frozen blueberries on-hand, so this mix is a fantastic substitute. We bought the mix for the first time in May 2017 and we ordered eight more bags in January 2018. We love the sale price and coupon code. Thank you!

My husband loves your blueberry pancakes (and the dogs each get one too - no complaints from them). I only make pancakes a half a dozen times a year, and yours are our #1 choice. Could use a lot more berries. There's only two of us, so I usually freeze 3-4 per package and he can microwave leftovers.

They were light and flavorful. The only 2 criticisms are too few blueberries and I would have liked to make only a small portion. Th directions only state how to make the entire package. The can of blueberries have to be used upon opening. Maybe create 3-4 serving pouches of mix and berries and sell that?
