Blueberry Pepper Jelly Recipes

Blueberry Pepper Jelly and Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast
8 Thick Slices of French Bread
4 Eggs
2c Milk
Pinch of salt
8oz Cream Cheese
Blueberry Pepper Jelly

In medium bowl, beat eggs with milk and salt. Set aside.
Divide cream cheese evenly and spread on 4 slices of the bread.
Spread 1-2 Tbs of pepper jelly atop each slice with cream cheese.
Top with other slices to make 4 sandwiches.
Dip and soak each sandwich in the egg-milk mixture, covering both sides.
Heat butter in a skillet and add sandwiches. Fry on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Turn and brown second side.
Serve immediately.
Top with cinnamon, powdered sugar, syrup, or fresh blueberries.

Makes 4 servings.
