Blueberry Syrup Glazed Ham
½ Cup Blueberry Syrup
½ Cup Brown Sugar
11lb Ham
Preheat oven according to baking instructions on ham. Score the ham to allow the glaze to penetrate and flavor the interior of the meat. (To score, use a chef's knife to make diagonal cuts about 1 inch apart on the surface of the ham).
Mix together blueberry syrup and brown sugar. Spread over outside of ham. Reserve part of the mixture to use as a baste towards the end of the cooking time. Bake ham according to package directions.
