Blueberry Walnut Dip Mix Recipes

Make Blueberry Walnut Dip Mix according to package directions.  Below are different ways to use this dip.

True Blue Blueberry Walnut Lemon Cups
12 Phyllo cups
1 jar lemon curd
½ cup Blueberry Walnut Dip prepared
1 cup creamy whipped topping
Bake phyllo cups till browned 5-8 minutes.  Spoon 1 teaspoon lemon curd in bottom, then 1 teaspoon True Blue Blueberry Walnut Dip, top with whipped topping.  Serve immediately.

True Blue Blueberry Walnut Trifle
2 cans vanilla pudding or 1 large box of instant, add more milk than package directions to make it a bit runny about ½ cup more
1/2 cup prepared Blueberry Walnut Dip
1-10 oz container creamy whipped topping
5 gingersnaps(optional) crumbled
1 pound cake tore into 1” pieces
 
Fold whipped topping and dip together. Layer 1/3 of this mixture into the bottom of a glass bowl, layer 1/3 pound cake on top of mixture, layer 1/3 pudding on top of cake. Repeat 2 more times, top with crumbled gingersnaps

Frosting for Cupcakes or Cake
1 cup Blueberry Walnut Dip
1 10oz. container creamy whipped topping
½ pkg. instant vanilla or lemon pudding (do not add milk use just dry pudding)
 
Mix together all the ingredients. If it is too thick to spread easily, add 1 tsp milk at a time until the correct consistency. Frost cupcakes or Cake. Must be kept refrigerated.
 
True Blue Blueberry Walnut Phyllo Cups
1 cup Blueberry Walnut Dip prepared
12 mini phyllo cups
1 cup whipped topping
1 T chopped walnuts
Bake phyllo cups until browned and crispy about 5 minutes. Fill cups with dip, top with whipped topping, then sprinkle on nuts. Serve immediately.
 
True Blue Blueberry Walnut Napoleons
 12 pie crust or puff pastry discs baked
1 cup Blueberry Walnut dip
1 cup creamy whipped topping
1 small box instant vanilla or lemon pudding prepared (add about ¼ cup more milk than directions state to make it a bit runny)
Sugar for topping
Cut pastry with a cup into discs. Prick with fork, sprinkle with sugar, bake until golden brown(10 mins). Cool. Place 1 disc on plate, top with teaspoon of dip, then pudding repeat with 2 more discs, top with whipped topping. Makes 4 servings.
